I wanted to create a post to allow you all to shop the items I mention during my classes. Please leave a comment below if there is anything you have seen and I’m missing here, Really want to make this a one stop shop for you all.
I’m starting with my essentials before straying off into fun finds. For my essentials in stretching I will be linking my favorite yoga mats, yoga blocks, yoga wheel, etc. On another post I can cover outfits, improvers, etc.

I’m starting off with Manduka because it is my favorite brand for yoga essentials. The quality is honestly unmatched and if you have the money to spend a little more for higher quality, I would go for it. These below are items I own and use in my practice eery day.

My cork blocks, are a necessity for me. When I’m feeling really tight and need assistance, these bad boys save the day for me. You can get them on Manduka or on Amazon. I have one that deteriorated after time that I got at Ross (don’t recommend those), but these two are pretty awesome and I have owned both. Below are a combination of products that I have used before and they have worked well for me. If you are on a budget these are great individual or combination of fundamental items.
